That this House welcomes the announcement of Cleaner Air for Scotland - the Road for a Healthier Future, Scotland's new national strategy for reducing air pollution, aiming to protect human health and reduce health inequalities, produced in partnership with public and private organisations; notes that this strategy adopts the World Health Organisation guideline values, making Scotland the first country in Europe to do so; further notes that better air quality contributes to sustainable economic growth; and notes Scotland's leading role in climate change strategy with this, her innovative £6 million Climate Justice Fund, and more, in the lead-up to the December 2015 COP21 UN Climate Change Conference in Paris.
