That this House calls upon British Rail to improve the quality of service on network Southeast, particularly in South East London and North Kent, by introducing more modern rolling stock, improving the standard of carriage cleaning and reviewing recent reductions in service such as the removal of the Sittingbourne, Rainham and Gillingham stops on the 9.15 a.m. Ramsgate to Victoria train.
