That this House notes how Westminster City Council, whilst under the leadership of Dame Shirley Porter, has again come under question for the legality of its council house sales scheme involving purchases that are now the subject of an internal investigation and have recently been referred to the Fraud Squad; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to initiate its own inquiry into the alleged malpractices of Westminster City Council.
