That this House congratulates the Carstairs Senior Citizens' Association on securing £7,470 from the Big Lottery Fund's Award for All Scotland grant; acknowledges the work the group has done to provide support for local seniors in Carstairs; and commends the group on using its grant to fund a project which will allow for a group of 50 rurally-isolated elderly people to make a three-day trip to Chester.
