Categorised under the topics of Charities and Diseases.
That this House recognises the outstanding fundraising effort by the Step up for Sam campaign to raise money for Sam Douglas, a three year old born with severe developmental delays; commends the efforts of the 160 runners who took part in both the Baxter's 10K and Loch Ness marathon; notes these runners collectively raised a sum of £30,000 in contribution to the £43,000 already raised through their ongoing fundraising; recognises the invaluable contribution this will make to Sam; and wishes Sam and his family the best of luck for his ongoing treatment.
