That this House congratulates North East Sensory Services on receipt of funding from Young Start to fund a year long programme of activities and social contact groups for children and young people who are visually or hearing impaired; welcomes the programme and the practical and emotional support this will provide for participants to help them manage the challenges they face; recognises the excellent work this organisation does; and wishes North East Sensory Services all the best with this programme.
