That this House notes that 31 October 2016 marks the 85th anniversary of an explosion which killed 10 miners at Bowhill Colliery in Fife; commends the pupils from Cardenden, Dened and St Ninian's Primary Schools and all those attending a special service of remembrance in honour of the victims; and pledges never to forget the price paid by all those who have been killed, injured or otherwise affected by mining accidents.
