That this House congratulates Catch Fish and Chips in Giffnock on being named the top fish and chip restaurant in Scotland at the National Fish and Chip awards, organised by Seafish; appreciates their success against judging criteria including customer service, fish sourcing, staff training and menu diversification; and wishes them every success as they go forward to the UK competition and for the future of their business.
