That this House congratulates the Highland Council on its work around digital learning and welcomes its commitment to promoting ICT in Learning across the Highlands; recognises that this positive learning strategy must be supported by suitable digital infrastructure to ensure that Highland pupils are not disadvantaged as a result of the current digital divide; and therefore urges that robust action be taken to improve rural broadband services.
