That this House congratulates the volunteers at Bankie Talking Newspaper Clydebank on being awarded the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, the highest form of recognition for voluntary organisations; believes that Bankie Talk carries out invaluable work in supporting blind and visually-impaired people by giving its service users access to information and library services; considers that both the volunteers' dedication and hard work deserves the highest praise; and wishes them continued success for the future.
