That this House congratulates the University of Highlands and Islands Golf Team on its fantastic achievement in reaching the final of the British Universities Golf Championship; recognises the disadvantages the team has faced in travelling, in often difficult conditions, over many hours to reach courses to play its challengers; commends Ally, Kiefer, Jack, Ricky, Ruairidh and Seb on their magnificent efforts and dedication to training and fitness and their tireless efforts to represent both the university and the Highlands of Scotland in the championship; further congratulates the team on the innovative manner in which it has gone about raising funding for its championship campaign by engaging with its communities over the internet and social media; and wishes the team well when it meets the tremendous team from the University of Stirling in the final.
