Opening Of The Stephen Lawrence Centre

That this House welcomes the opening of the Stephen Lawrence Centre in Deptford which aims to inspire young people to pursue careers in architecture; believes that it is a suitable memorial; considers that the centre will go a long way to build young people's self-esteem; further believes that it will enable many to gain the skills and training they need to become successful architects; and calls upon the Government to ensure that more such centres will be built.
