Un High Representative For Disarmament

That this House welcomes the appointment by the United Nations Secretary-General of Ambassador Sergio de Queiroz Duarte as his High Representative for Disarmament; and looks forward to Ambassador Duarte pursuing a progressive agenda on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation at the UN Conference on Disarmament.
