Proposed Constitution-Referendum

EDM number 53 in 2003-04, proposed by Michael Ancram on 26/11/2003.

That this House notes that the proposed EU Constitution in its current form would fundamentally alter the relationship between the EU and its member states; and therefore calls upon the Government to hold a referendum before ratification of such a constitution can take place.
