Housing Market Renewal

That this House welcomes the introduction of the Housing Market Renewal Pathfinders and the establishment of housing boards in each of the English regions; acknowledges that market renewal will be integral to the building of sustainable communities as envisaged by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister; and calls on the Government to continue funding, through the Comprehensive Spending Review, a range of housing market renewal activities in areas identified by the housing boards.
