Line 2, leave out from 'and' to end and add ', as the Democratic Unionist Party is now the largest party in that Assembly, offers sincerest congratulations to that party on its success; and notes that any Agreement in Northern Ireland must have the support of both the Unionist and Nationalist communities.'
