Expansion Of European Neighbourhood Policy And The Eu-Israel Association Agreement

That this House notes the impending EU vote on the expansion of the European Neighbourhood Policy due for 5th November; and urges the Government to support any extension of economic and political benefits to Israel through the Neighbourhood Policy only when Israel meets all its human rights obligations in compliance with the EU-Israel Association Agreement and the Fourth Geneva Convention and engages in a meaningful peace process with the Palestinians.
