leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that German workers earn an average of ú12 an hour, compared to ú9.50 average in Britain; further notes that German workers, with their high wages and strong social protection, are 29 per cent more productive than their British counterparts; believes that the closing of this productivity gap is essential if working people in Britain are to get the public services they deserve; and affirms that the increased trade and investment that are crucial to improve productivity are threatened by the UK's continued isolation from the Euro.'.
