That this House notes the report by the ZDH Association which estimates that 300,000 manual jobs were lost in Germany in 2002 and that another 300,000 such jobs will be lost in 2003; further notes the Keele Economic Institute Report which estimates that real German unemployment is nearly six million; and believes that the euro is not working.
