leave out from 'Committee' to end and add 'to acknowledge the unrelenting hostorical fact that Margaret Thatcher was the first woman in this country to become Prime Minister and for that reason alone her place in the Pantheon of political leaders is unique and beyond challenge and her statue with its marble handbag should be erected in the Members' Lobby as soon as it is deemed appropriate.'.
