That this House believes that the owners of static prefabricated homes, where removal of the home would cost in excess of Ãº5,000, should be given equivalent rights to compensation from road noise nuisance as traditional fixed dwellings, and should not be treated in the same class as mobile homes, including caravans and boats, which may be moved for little or no cost apart from fuel.
