That this House congratulates the Design Council on its excellent campaign to promote design through the Design in Business Week which helps UK business to increase their competitiveness by the use of innovative design in the UK and overseas; applauds the growing success of this initiative and its ability to reach twice as many companies through a variety of major events organised with business partners, regional development agencies and Business Links; and further congratulates all concerned in making the Great Expectation Exhibition 'UK and NY' festival in New York which recently attracted 55,000 visitors over 10 days.
