Final Salary Pension

That this House congratulates Tesco plc on extending the final salary pension scheme to part-time as well as to full-time workers; urges more companies to offer similar enhanced pension schemes to all their workers; and calls upon the Government to consider introducing incentives to employers to offer final salary pension schemes to full-time and part-time workers.
