leave out 'and Stomping' and add 'Stomping, Fishergate and Kingston Buc; and further notes that the county of West Sussex recieved the worst government support grant of almost all the shire counties in England despite having one of the largest elderly populations in the whole of the United Kingdom, with all the additional pressures on resources that that involves.'.
