leave out from 'Government' to end and add 'to pay nurses in the coming award round at least the prevailing headline increase in the real cost of living, rather than the Chancellor's target inflation rate of 2.5 per cent., which would give nurses a real terms pay cut; and to immediately rule out staging the award.'.
