leave out from `Lebanon' to end and add `as a response to the unprecedented and unprovoked attacks upon Israeli civilians by terrorist groups based in Southern Lebanon; reminds the international community that Israel maintains no territorial claim on any part of Lebanon; affirms the position of the Israeli Government, which continues to negotiate a secure withdrawal of all Israeli troops from Southern Lebanon in exchange for a secure and comprehensive cessation of terror attacks on the men, women and children of Northern Israel; and calls upon the Syrian, Iranian and Lebanese governments to press for an end to terror in the Middle East.'.
