leave out from '2025' to end and add 'and welcomes the Department of Transport's plans for new road programmes to assist economic recovery and improve transport infrastructure, whilst continuing the policy of bypasses, including that for Newbury, which benefit local residents; and further urges the Department to continue to encourage more investment in public transport so that it to can assist in dealing with the problems associated with traffic growth.'.
