leave out from `condemns' to end and add `the failure of Her Majesty's Government to listen to the desires of the people of Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland to retain a comprehensive National Health Service free at the point of use; recognises that whilst private practice within the Scottish National Health Service is minimal at present, the changes introduced by Her Majesty's Government represent a threat to the National Health Service; and therefore calls on Her Majesty's Government to reintroduce a 10 per cent. limit on private practice in the National Health Service as proposed by the National Health Service Support Federation.'.
