leave out from 'interest' to end and add ' the inconsistency shown by the Labour Front Bench between their allegation that the Government has failed to provide secure units for young people and their own opposition to such a unit in Wales; further notes the description of this unit as being an advanced college of crime; and calls on the Labour Front Bench to reconsider its position and join with the majority of councils in Wales in support of this initiative.
