leave out from 'Albania;' to end and add 'notes the statement by the visiting Albanian parliamentarians that there are now no political prisoners in Albania and that human rights are upheld and would have been more impressed if honourable Members who have criticisms concerning Albania had attended the Parliamentary discussions with the Albanian parliamentarians organised by the IPU which would have given them an opportunity to discuss their allegations.'.
