leave out from 'that' to end and add 'a peace initiative involving seperate bi-lateral negotiations between Israel and Syria, Israel and Lebanon, Israel and Jordan and Israel and a deputation drawn from Jordan and Palestinians from the administered territories are proceeding, and that they address between them all the appropriate disputed issues between the parties; wishes the negotiations a successful and peaceful outcome; and believes that they are more likely to be successful if they are unaccompanied by strident public statements of a maximalist nature from nations of persons uninvolved in the disputes in question'.
