leave out from 'dismay' to end and add 'that Cambridgeshire County Council's proposed traffic ban between 10am. and 4pm. Monday to Saturday in Cambridge city centre, due to come into effect on 1st June, continues to include a ban on all buses and the use of cycles; regrets the disruption the ban will cause to the lives of Cambridge residents and the difficulties which will be caused to elderly and disabled people in gaining access to the city centre owing to the bus ban; congratulates Cambridge City Council for its constructive opposition to the current scheme; and calls upon the County Council to reconsider the proposed scheme and to allow small buses and cycles access to the city centre at all hours.'.
