Mersey Tunnel Tolls

That this House deplores the continued failure to integrate the Mersey tunnels into the national road network; calls on Her Majesty's Government to abolish tolls on the Birkenhead and Wallasey tunnels; and believes this would radically assist the economic regeneration and integration of Merseyside.
