Use Of Prison For Fifteen-Year-olds

That this House condemns the use of prison for 15 year-old boys and girls; and urges the Government to ban custodial remands for 15 year-old boys immediately, and to introduce legislation to ban the use of prison for convicted 15 year-old boys and girls.
