That this House welcomes the proposals for the provisional liquidators and majority shareholders of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International as a first step towards finding a just and equitable solution; wishes the continued negotiations well; and hopes that every option will be explored by all parties involved to achieve the best possible settlement for depositors, creditors and former employees of BCCI.
