at end add 'and, additionally, enter immediately into constructive consultations with the convenor, senior shop-stewards and staff representatives at Kvaerner-Kincaid of Greenock concerning the ways and means by which the Greenock plant can retain the capability of manufacturing large marine diesel engines for merchant vessels, being the sole engine-works with such a facility in the whole of the United Kingdom, and by so doing thereby honouring the undertaking to that effect given by the Managing Director, Mr Arnt Hana, to the kvaerna-Kincaid workforce, on 19th March.'.
