at end add 'but deeply regrets that the main obstacle to reaching this agreement was the intransigence of the British and United States Governments who tried to introduce mineral exploration to this wondrous place; and further calls on Her Majesty's Government to now propose the repeal of the Antarctic Minerals Act and declare that the Antarctic should be a wilderness park for all time.'.
