leave out from 'house' to end and add believes that only a continuous, automatic payment made automatically each year between December and March to all on Income Support, Housing Benefit, Invalidity Benefit, Family Credit and basic retirement pensions will eradicate fuel poverty in the UK; calls on the Government to initiate such a scheme which would also take account of prevailing climatic conditions in differing parts of the country; and thereby end the Hobson's choice facing low income families of "eating or heating".
