leave out from 'House' to end and add 'congratulates the London Ambulance Service on its 21st Birthday; notes that London Labour honourable Members have twice refused invitations from the Chief Executive of the London Ambulance Service to meet him to get a clear, accurate picture of the initiatives being pursued by the London Ambulance Service to address long-standing problems; supports the positive picture given by the Parliamentary Under-secretary of State for Health in the debate on 18th April of recent and future developments in ambulance services in London; notes that the London Ambulance Service has been successful in reducing considerably the number of patient journeys cancelled since 1st April; and welcomes the plans by the London Ambulance Service further to improve services to Londoners, including replacement of 20 per cent. of its vehicle fleet by new and improved models, rapid response units, a new command and control centre, an extra 144 paramedical staff each year, and cardiac defibrillators in every emergency ambulance.'.
