Congratulations To Liberal Democrats Leading The Opposition To Hinkley C

That this House congratulates Councillor Humphrey Temperley and the Liberal Democrat groups on Somerset County Council and other South West counties who have played a leading role in the campaign to stop the building of Hinkley C nuclear power station; and calls on the Government to refund the expenditure so far incurred by the Consortium of Opposing Local Authorities.
