Leave out from 'House' to end and add, 'congratulates Her Majesty's Government on its announcement that war widows will soon receive an additional benefit of ú40 per week, at a cost of ú110 million in the first year; notes that it is the pursuance of free market policies which has created the wealth to pay for the additional spending; and condemns the Liberal Democrats, in their former guise of the Liberal Party, for supporting the last Labour government which pursued inflationary policies which robbed pensioners and war widows of their savings and reduced the value of their pensions.'.
