Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'condemns the action of those honourable Members who continue the witch-hunt against former Liverpool Councillors, in particular Mr Mills and Mr Mulhearn, witch-hunting which is now extended to include black-listing for employment as Euro-liaison officers; and believes that that is against natural justice.'.
