That this House congratulates Manchester City FC manager Pep Guardiola, not only on winning the League Cup in England, but in wearing the Yellow Ribbon in support of the political prisoners that are within the European Union, held in the jails of Spain; underlining that political prisoners in the EU is unacceptable, clearly this issue is more than just politics but a matter of justice and fairness and free speech; and believes that many others in many disciplines could do with heeding Pep Guardiola's example.
