That this House congratulates The Black Swan at Oldstead, North Yorkshire, on being named the best restaurant in the world; notes that the TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award it received was determined by a global poll involving millions of travellers; recognises that the restaurant's commitment to sourcing produce locally and reflecting Yorkshire's food heritage demonstrates the excellence of the cuisine available throughout the region; believes that this award serves to highlight further the UK's status as one of the world's leading food nations; supports the Government's ambition to grow more, sell more and export more great British food; and further congratulates Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons at Great Milton, Oxfordshire and The Fat Duck at Bray-on-Thames, Berkshire on also featuring in the list of the world's 25 best restaurants.
