That this House recognises the achievements of community stalwart Ann Burn MBE from Moredun, Edinburgh; expresses profound sympathy and regret to her family at her passing; celebrates her life dedicated to her local community in Moredun that resulted in her being granted an MBE for her work in the community; acknowledges that Moredun, the wider area and, in particular, the Moredun community centre will be much diminished as a result of her passing; and calls on the House to acknowledge the contribution of Ann Burn and recognise and support the valuable role that community champions make to our communities.
