That this House congratulates Renfrewshire-based charity Roar - Connections for Life on winning the Age Scotland's Services for Older People Award; understands that this award is in recognition of their work to reach and support older people in Renfrewshire who are at risk of isolation and loneliness; appreciates the work that the staff and volunteers at Roar offer to older people, including organising the popular lunch and other activities which help to keep older people active and connected; notes that Roar is a well established charity in Renfrewshire which helps more than 1,000 people each year across the local area; and wishes Roar continued success in the future.
