That this House congratulates St Andrews Roman Catholic Church on the 50th anniversary of its opening; recognises the key and vital role that the Church has played in Livingston and the wider West Lothian area in bringing the community together over many years; further congratulates the congregation and leaders on their huge contribution to the community over the last 50 years; notes that a celebration of Mass by Archbishop Leo Cushley will take place on 18 December 2016 to mark this special occasion; and offers the very best and warm wishes to all of the parishioners of St Andrews Roman Catholic Church.
