That this House congratulates the University of Dundee on receiving a $100,000 Grand Challenges Explorations grant, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to help develop contraceptive drugs for men; and notes that to receive this funding the team, led by professors at the university and other Grand Challenges Explorations winners, demonstrated in a two-page online application a bold idea in one of six critical global health and development topic areas and are now, if their research proves successful, in line for an additional $1 million in funding.
