That this House congratulates the North of Scotland Childcare Association (NOSCA), based in Castletown, on securing funding of £9,996 from the Communities and Family Fund; notes that the funding will enable a joint venture between the Big Lottery Fund and the Scottish Government focused on improving the quality of life for children; recognises that the grant will be deployed by NOSCA to develop a community area in Wick where children and families can come together to learn, interact and have fun; commends the staff at NOSCA for their fantastic effort, hard work and dedication in providing a service where children are actively encouraged to participate in a broad range of outdoor and indoor activities within a nurturing environment that is both healthy and friendly; and wishes the organisation well with all of their future developments.
