That this House congratulates 19-year-old Isla McLarty of Old Kilpatrick, West Dunbartonshire on being selected to represent the UK at EuroSkills Gothenburg 2016 in the beauty therapy competition; notes that Isla was selected to represent Team UK after excelling in the WorldSkills UK National Finals with the standards required being exacting and only the very best competitors achieving a place on the plane to Sweden; further notes that EuroSkills will see the most talented young people from over 30 European countries come together to compete in over 35 different skill areas ranging from engineering and construction through to creative and hospitality; and wishes Isla and all members of Team UK the very best of luck at the competition and know that they will do their families and communities proud whatever the results.
